Project brief
Living Heaven was designed as a residential project where luxury is experienced through space, openness, and everyday comfort. The project needed to feel more like a lifestyle destination than a standard apartment development. The focus was on creating homes that connect with views, light, terraces, greenery, and shared spaces in a natural way. The design brings together private residences, outdoor living, wellness areas, and social spaces so that residents can experience more than just the apartment. It is planned for people who want privacy, comfort, and a calm resort-like rhythm within the city.
LaZone approach
For LaZone, the approach was to make the architecture feel fluid, open, and connected to the landscape. The building form was shaped with layered terraces, curved edges, generous glazing, and outdoor extensions that soften the overall mass of the development. Instead of treating balconies and amenities as separate additions, they were integrated into the full architectural experience. The material palette was kept warm and refined, with ivory tones, natural stone, timber soffits, bronze detailing, architectural concrete, and reflective glass surfaces. These materials helped create a luxury language that feels calm, modern, and close to nature. Amenities were placed with care, so wellness, recreation, and community spaces could support daily life without disturbing residential privacy.
